It’s spring racing season and I bet I know what your thinking another blogger doing a spring racing post ah so boring. Yet your wrong racing fashion doesn’t always mean floral dresses and fascinators. You can wear whatever your style is. Every year people are attending the races and turning it into a fashion show. The fashion is becoming more out of the box then ever and the more different your fashion choices the better. And this where it gets exciting The Australian Turf Club has just launched its new website THERACES.COM.AU and it’s the go to website for everything races from what fashion racing trends are hot, the who’s who of racing and it’s the website for everyone wether it’s your first time attending the races or your a seasoned race goer. It has everything you need to know about racing for Australia and international.
Your own personal style should always come in to play when choosing your racing outfits. I don’t like cocktail dresses personally so I chosen to go with a full length dress by Fame and Partners ( which by the way is a great brand for spring racing ) and the cut out details in the top of the dress give me that extra edginess I like to have. I normally not one to wear accessories so I kept it simple with a pair of statement earrings. Oh and of course the heels, I hardly wear heels so here’s a tip for us girls who aren’t heel lovers invest in a pair of designer heels for the races not even just for the races for everyday life too. You won’t regret it they are a lot more comfortable and more fashionable then most heels and there’s nothing worse then having sore feet at the races.
